About the Role

As our
Operations & Reporting Analyst
, you'll be at the core of how we monitor, manage, and communicate the performance of our loan portfolio. You'll support internal control, collections, disbursements, regulatory reporting, and client data tracking — turning complexity into clarity through analysis and structure.

What You Will Do

• Build, update, and maintain internal reports and dashboards for portfolio and loan performance
• Build and periodically update operations manuals
• Review monthly client reports (from Master Trust Administrator) to ensure compliance with covenants and eligibility criteria
• Monitor report delivery timelines and organize all key client documents in SharePoint
• Generate monthly payment reports for internal collections and share with the trustee
• Maintain internal databases with accurate and up-to-date information on loans, clients, and disbursements
• Design and refine visual tools (graphs, dashboards) to support decision-making
• Participate in the disbursement process: document collection, checklists, approvals, and process improvements
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of Credit Bureau reports with 100% data quality
• Support quarterly information requests from clients, Excel models, validate financial submissions, and update internal materials for stakeholders in Japan and Singapore
• Frequent communication with 3rd parties and service providers

What You Will Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Operations, Trust Administration, Loan Monitoring, or related fields -- OR a strong willingness to dive deep and learn fast in a highly analytical, fast-paced financial environment
• Advanced English proficiency is REQUIRED, as you'll regularly collaborate with international teams and prepare presentations and reports in English
• Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Mastery of Excel and comfort with data-heavy tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• Great attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in financial data
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with deadlines and cross-functional teams
