Job Summary

Operations Analyst
is responsible for ensure and improve overall performance, efficiency and timely delivery, to maximize service levels and profitability.

What
You'll
Do Here:

  • Supervise and control inventory and flow of goods.
  • Perform analysis and tracking of key logistics performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and resolve supply chain-related issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure efficient flow of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of Operations and Logistics processes.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on Operations and Logistics performance.

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineer strongly preferred and a proven, successful track record in a prior Logistics position.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation regulations.
  • Proficiency in tools and software such as WMS, Oracle / SAP ERPs, etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with other departments.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar role
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
  • High energy and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerBi.
