Job Description
Funciones Generales

  • Auditar órdenes de compra creadas por el equipo de GBS.
  • Haciendo uso de la herramienta de asignación de trabajo, mantener y actualizar el registro de auditoría.
  • Comparando la información capturada en SAP, eCPTS, QAD vs los archivos RPD
  • recibidos y/o POA.
  • Una vez terminada esta tarea, informar a capturista y cerrar el registro en herramienta.
  • Dara mantenimiento a órdenes de compra cuando lo soliciten los líderes de categoría de SCM, los compradores de SCM o los usuarios de la planta. (SAP, eCPTS, QAD)
  • Revisar el correo de Helpdesk con las tareas asignadas en apoyo al equipo de SCM compradores Country y Category en la resolución de problemas de su trabajo relacionado con órdenes de compra.
  • Seguimiento de los objetivos anuales definidos durante cada fase de MyCore
  • Actividades relacionada con su puesto y/o requerida por su jefe inmediato

Competencias/Habilidades requeridas:

  • Carrera profesional terminada/trunca
  • Ingles en nivel intermedio
  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones y establecer relaciones.
  • Sólidas habilidades de resolución de problemas.
  • Experiencia en puesto similar (trabajo en área de Servicio Compartido, Departamento de Compras)
  • Manejo de MS Office nivel avanzado
