Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support professional to provide on-site technical support. This role requires two on-site visits per week, with each visit consisting of a half day (4 hours). The position is ideal for candidates who can efficiently manage support tasks within limited on-site hours while maintaining high service quality.

The role involves supporting end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring systems are properly configured, secured, and operational.

Work Schedule

  • On-site visits: 2 days per week
  • Duration: 4 hours per visit (half-day)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and user systems
  • Perform system imaging and re-imaging as required
  • Troubleshoot operating system and application issues, including Blue Screen (BSOD) errors
  • Manage and resolve issues through a ticketing system
  • Support user authentication and access issues, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Assist with device enrollment, management, and policy enforcement using Microsoft Intune
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and procedures

Key Skills Required

  • Active Directory (user and device management)
  • SCCM (system management and deployments)
  • Imaging and re-imaging of systems
  • Experience with ticketing tools / ticketing systems
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Microsoft tools)
  • Microsoft Intune device management
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, including Blue Screen error analysis

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
