Arrow is looking for a Transportation Coordinator to be responsible for managing databases, and generating audits of operations. Providing support to special projects related to on-site trade compliance management.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Import-Export Transactions
  • Virtual Operations
  • Daily reports analysis
  • Follow up with MX/US/Brokers, Carriers, Internal Stake holders properly.
  • Electronic Archiving.
  • Inventory Recon Analysis
  • KPI's Management.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Experience with Data Analysis in Exports and Imports processes.
  • Experience with Non-tariff restrictions
  • Knowledge of exports and imports operations.
  • Experience with Virtual operations.
  • Advanced English skills.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional)

  • Annex 24 knowledge/experience
  • HTS Classification knowledge

Work Arrangement:

Fully Onsite: 5 days in the office.
