**Position**:Transportation Coordinator II - IMMEXJoin us at Arrow NogalesWe're looking for a Transportation Coordinator with knowledge on IMMEX for our import-export team in Nogales, Sonora.**What will you be doing**- Responsible for the communication of information regarding the resolution of customer issues dealing with transportation pickups, claims, and the incorrect receiving of assets at a processing plant.- Customer Service: Communicate shipping information to sales customer and PODS to Finance department, including obtaining shipping documents, tracking numbers, proof of deliveries, etc.- Communicate with carriers. Manage routing guide. Assist in shipping requests by processing shipping report in order to set up and contact carriers for pickup. Process minor shipping requests including redirecting freight, changing freight terms, etc.- Invoices and Account management: manage freight clearing account, charge back invoices to the branch, code and approve invoices.- Research and Resolve issues: freight invoices, carrier charge backs, domestic UPS account issues, invoices past due, damaged inventory, etc.- Data and reports: Freight claims reports, weekly check runs, pre-pay and 510 reports, third party exception report, fuel exception report, missing/invalid report, employee housing moves, etc.- Other general duties and special projects: Filing, mail, publications ordering, timecards, transportation calendar, etc. Projects include ZipW maintenance and time allocations.**What we're looking for**- Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
