About the Role

As part of the Administration department in System Norte America, you will contribute to the financial operations of the business by ensuring compliance with internal procedures and corporate policies, maintaining accurate and timely financial records, and supporting the integrity of reporting processes. You will also be responsible for managing and recording various accounting documents for the legal entity, playing a key role in upholding transparency and operational efficiency.

About You

You are an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in financial reporting.

Your analytical mindset and keen attention to detail will be essential in enhancing operational processes and identifying financial efficiencies.

In this role you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer, product, and service information before processing invoices.
  • Follow up on recurring billing, credit notes, and cancellations.
  • Validating requests and supporting documents for invoicing.
  • Keeping the customer and pricing database up to date.
  • Generating periodic reports on billing and collections status.
  • Identifying possible issues in the billing process.
  • Communicating with customers to recover outstanding credits.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in business and administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, including invoicing and credit recovery
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability on working with objectives
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
