  • This position is based in Monterrey, Mexico (city or metropolitan area only).
  • NOV does not offer relocation for this role.

We are looking for a
Shared Services Accountant
to join our Finance Shared Services organization in Monterrey. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a global environment while supporting accounting operations across North America.

Hybrid work schedule:

On-site Monday, Wednesday & Friday | Remote Tuesday & Thursday

Hours:
7:00 am – 4:00 pm (non-negotiable)

In this role, you may support activities such as:


• Month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations


• Intercompany processes (billing, reconciliations, validations)


• Billing, revenue validation, and discrepancy resolution


• AP/AR transaction support


• Audit support, internal controls, and SOX-related documentation


• Process improvement and automation initiatives

What we're looking for:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• 1+ year of experience in accounting, billing, AP/AR, GL, IC, or similar


• Conversational/fluent English


• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset


• Experience with ERP systems and Excel
