Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: LATAM - EST hrs
Salary: $3500/$4500 per month - Project base 3 months

Company Overview:

Our client, Ventures, is a holding company with a mission to generate business growth and reinvest profits to support local churches and community initiatives. We are launching a new, for-profit business services entity that will provide solutions such as IT, bookkeeping, and management consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. The company operates with unapologetic Christian and Catholic values, with a goal to positively impact the broader community through business success.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for an initial, project-based engagement (3 months guaranteed salary, with strong potential for full-time and growth into equity/leadership). The BDM will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities among US-based SMBs, with flexibility to leverage existing relationships and explore new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify small-to-mid-sized business leads (typically under 500 employees).

  • Conduct outbound calling, relationship-building, and needs assessment with prospective clients.

  • Drive the full sales process from lead generation through closing, focusing on IT, bookkeeping, and consultancy services.

  • Collaborate with company leadership to shape the service offering and refine the go-to-market approach.

  • Provide weekly progress updates and insights; participate in regular check-ins with leadership.

  • Initiate and manage initial project pipeline; assist in building supporting sales/marketing collateral.

  • Help lay the foundation for the company's market entry and future team build-out.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or consulting with US-based small-to-midsize businesses.

  • Experience selling IT, bookkeeping, consultancy, or similar business services highly preferred.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and excited by the mission and values of the company.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a start-up environment.

  • Strong communicator; at ease with outbound prospecting and closing.

  • Bringing an existing "book of business" or strong network is a plus.
