Our client is seeking a mid-level HubSpot Admin/Developer on a contract basis to help stabilize, optimize, and support their HubSpot CRM. This role will focus on ensuring clean data, functional workflows, and usable sales processes for a small team of Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HubSpot CRM administration and support
• Ensure the right data flows into HubSpot and resolve data quality issues
• Configure and maintain pipelines, properties, users, permissions, and views
• Build, manage, and improve HubSpot sequences, workflows, and automations
• Establish and maintain the correct sequence of events across lead and sales processes
• Support a small team of Account Executives by improving CRM usability and adoption
• Perform ongoing development, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system enhancements
• Act as a reliable HubSpot point of contact during the contract period

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration
• Practical experience building workflows, sequences, and automations in HubSpot
• Strong understanding of HubSpot data structure and CRM best practices
• Experience supporting sales teams, ideally in smaller or scaling organizations
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver quick improvements

Nice to Have:

• HubSpot certifications
• Experience with HubSpot integrations or light API work
• Background in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Operations

Salary/Rate: $30-$35/Hour on C2C (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
