Serás responsable de liderar el crecimiento comercial de OTIF en México, desarrollando relaciones estratégicas con

empresas S&P 500, cerrando oportunidades de alto impacto y posicionando nuestras soluciones logísticas basadas

en inteligencia artificial.

Lo que harás:


• Maximizar las ventas a través de estrategias comerciales efectivas y cierre de oportunidades.


• Impulsar el crecimiento de cuentas clave con soluciones logísticas y tecnológicas.


• Prospectar y evaluar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el sector logístico.


• Liderar el ciclo de ventas B2B con empresas S&P 500 hasta el cierre de contratos.


• Construir relaciones a largo plazo con tomadores de decisión de S&P 500.


• Analizar tendencias y competencia para crear estrategias diferenciadoras.


• Generar reportes ejecutivos con KPIs y proyecciones usando CRM.


• Representar a OTIF en eventos y foros para promover la marca

Requisitos:


• Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Administración, Negocios, Logística o afín.


• Mínimo 4 años en desarrollo de negocios o ventas corporativas en logística/transporte (decisivo).


• Conocimiento profundo del mercado logístico mexicano y carga/transporte (decisivo).


• Experiencia en ventas B2B, ciclo completo y negociación con clientes S&P 500.


• Dominio de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) y herramientas de análisis comercial.


• Habilidades destacadas en negociación, comunicación y presentación ejecutiva.


• Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

  • Cartera de clientes activa en el sector logístico.
  • Experiencia en soluciones logísticas digitales o basadas en inteligencia artificial.
  • Conocimiento de software, desarrollo y venta del mismo.

Ofrecemos:

  • Sueldo base: $30,000 MXN netos mensuales.
  • Bonos mensuales por cumplimiento de KPIs: Entre $10,000 a $50,000 MXN.
  • Crecimiento profesional: Oportunidades de ascenso a mediano plazo y aumento salarial basado en desempeño.
  • Herramientas de trabajo: Laptop, teléfono corporativo y acceso a software especializado.
  • Capacitación constante: Programas de formación en logística digital, ventas y tecnologías emergentes.
  • Jornada laboral: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00am a 6:00pm
