Content Team Lead

Team Lead-Content will be responsible for managing the functional and operational aspects of the content team. This role ensures timely delivery of high-quality, compliant, and scientifically accurate content across multiple therapy areas, brands, and channels. Team Lead-Content oversees daily operations, project allocation and workload distribution to optimize resource allocation, and drive efficient execution. Additionally, Team Lead-Content plans and execute multiple projects, tracks project progress, identifies and document risk and issues and shares the updates with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials. Team Lead-Content also maintains visibility and tracking of current and upcoming projects

• Inspire and guide a high-performing content team to deliver exceptional, accurate materials.
• Strategically allocate projects and resources to maximize team strengths and efficiency.
• Uphold the highest standards of compliance, regulatory alignment, and Novartis brand excellence.
• Monitor project milestones, proactively address risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Streamline and enhance workflows, templates, and review processes for continuous improvement.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative culture through feedback, coaching, and support.
• Analyze productivity data and champion new ways to elevate content delivery.

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in medical or scientific content development.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Proven track record of meeting performance targets and maintaining stakeholder engagement
