Customer Support Representative

Do you enjoy assisting people and providing clear, timely solutions? We're looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to join our Customer Support team, focusing on written communication.
In this role, you will support users through chat and email, leveraging modern digital tools and AI-powered systems to deliver accurate, efficient, and consistent responses.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Use AI-assisted platforms to draft and refine responses while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Guide users through our services and help resolve questions or issues step by step
- Document interactions and update relevant information in internal systems
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and user experience
- Follow established service guidelines, workflows, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or online support is a plus, but not required
- Strong written English skills
- Excellent written communication, empathy, and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable learning new software and adapting to digital tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team environment
