We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is deeply technical, highly analytical, and execution-focused. This role owns the full growth engine: paid media, HubSpot automation, website performance, CRO, and attribution. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling marketing systems that directly drive revenue—not vanity metrics.
This is not a "creative-only" marketing role. We need someone who understands funnels, data, automation, and how to turn traffic into qualified leads and closed deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Growth
- Own and optimize paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Continuously test and improve ads, landing pages, and conversion paths
- Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates across all channels
- Scale what works; kill what doesn't
HubSpot (Expert-Level)
- Architect and manage HubSpot portals end-to-end
- Build workflows, automations, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages
- Create and optimize email sequences, drip campaigns, and nurture flows
- Manage CRM hygiene, properties, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
- Integrate HubSpot with ads, websites, forms, and third-party tools
- Attribute revenue accurately to marketing efforts
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Build and maintain high-converting websites and landing pages (HubSpot CMS, Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
- Optimize site speed, UX, and mobile performance
- Implement A/B testing and CRO best practices
- Ensure SEO fundamentals are properly implemented
- Collaborate on copy, layout, and funnel logic
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage GA4, HubSpot analytics, and ad platform reporting
- Build dashboards that clearly show performance and ROI
- Translate data into clear insights and action plans
- Report regularly on performance, learnings, and next steps
Systems & Process
- Document marketing systems and workflows
- Create repeatable, scalable processes
- Work closely with leadership, sales, and operations
- Take ownership—this role is expected to run without micromanagement
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7+ years in performance marketing or growth roles
- Advanced HubSpot expertise (automation, CRM, workflows, reporting)
- Proven experience managing paid ad budgets and scaling campaigns
- Strong website-building skills (HubSpot CMS, Webflow, WordPress, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of funnels, CRO, and attribution
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)
- B2B or service-based business experience
- Experience with remote teams or international operations
- Copywriting or conversion-focused messaging experience
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or custom integrations
- Startup or scale-up environment experience
