  1. Develop plans and coaching to his team to assure a robust formability process to avoid die formability issues.
  2. To interact with steel/aluminum supplier to ensure that the steel properties are within the appropriate ranges for adequate draw process.
  3. Participate with the die shop area to make quality improvement plans for all parts.
  4. Supports the CPA audits and coordinates the improvements according to the findings
  5. Attends all the calls or claims from the BIW area and tracks the improvement actions
  6. Controls and tracks the steel/aluminum parameters and demands actions when not in target , controls the Lab results
  7. Attends any claim from the production lines related to steel/aluminum l defects.
  8. Coordinates any campaign required in the internal customer areas, and provides clean points.
Qualifications
  1. Being a leader and encourage teamwork with service areas
  2. Involvement in the process for production troubleshooting, maintenance and Die room. 
  3. Initiate disciplinary measures according to company policy   
  4. Provide a positive, motivating example for technicians.    
  5. Conduct training or authorize training of production technicians.
  6. Monitoring compliance with World-Class Teams.
  7. Fluency English
  8. 3 years experience
