OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this position is to obtain information relevant to the future of a company by obtaining and analyzing data from different services and tools. Its main functions. are: Design high-performance and user-friendly data modules Create measures using DAX language for analytical solutions.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality in all reports and dashboards.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain and document processes, methodologies, and standards for data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in the integration of data analytics into business processes and workflows.
  • Any other activity that is required and depends on your position or department.
  • Comply with the Company's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Comply with the Company's current Health, Safety and Environment procedures.
  • Know and adhere to the area's procedures recorded in the QSM.

Requirements:

SCHOLARSHIP

Engineering (IT, Software)

EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Proficiency in Power BI Tools: Extensive experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile. Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Data Modeling: Ability to design effective data models that support business processes.
  • DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Expertise in writing DAX expressions for data manipulation and calculations.
  • Power Query: Advanced skills in Power Query for data transformation and cleaning.
  • SQL: Knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
  • Report Design: Skills in creating visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.
  • Row-Level Security: Implementing row-level security in Power BI to ensure data privacy and compliance.
  • Custom Visuals: Ability to create and use custom visuals to enhance data storytelling. * Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and relational databases (SQL & Oracle).
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments and countris
  • (English and Spanish spoken).
