The Role:
The SDR Coordinator is a fundamental piece in our commercial team, he/she is the person who will connect business opportunities between the commercial team and our clients.
What you will do:
- Pipeline generation for the commercial team (SME & Corporate segments).
- Pipeline follow up for appointments and meetings generation.
- Constant review and alignment for prospecting/hunting sources and follow up for inbound and outbound leads.
- Client qualification definition and strategy creation to generate more and better meetings.
- Work alongside Sales Leaders to boost pipeline growth.
- Ensure the creation of business opportunities by generating high quality meetings.
- Listen to daily calls identifying strengths and opportunities in the SDR team to generate work plans and coaching strategies.
- Monthly reporting to HQ and weekly productivity reports to Commercial Leaders and CEO in México.
- Constant updating of products and platforms developments.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor´s degree in Administrative/Economics/Engineering careers (preferably not limitative).
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-year experience in B2B opportunity generation in service companies with a leadership role in presales teams.
- Experience leading high performance teams through coaching and constant motivation.
- English proficiency.
- Results focused, proactive, resilient, motivation and persuasion skills, high organization and planning skills, and teamwork.
- CRM management experience, Salesforce is a plus.
