Role Objective

Provide legal advice on competition law and contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

This role is key to mitigating legal risks, strengthening contractual processes, and ensuring adherence to current laws across all business operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide legal advice on competition law, corporate law, and contracts.


• Draft, review, and negotiate civil and commercial agreements (services, purchase, lease, collaboration, etc.).


• Manage and follow up on requests from competition authorities.


• Identify and mitigate legal and business risks.


• Collaborate with the Compliance team to review and update policies in line with current regulations.


• Resolve contractual issues effectively while supporting business objectives.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a Master's degree or diploma in competition law, corporate law, or commercial contracts.


• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.


• Advanced English (spoken and written).


• Strong knowledge of antitrust, contracts, and corporate law.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
