Descripción del puesto

Vacante para arquitecto de proyectos residenciales con sede en la Ciudad de México. La posición implica coordinar y gestionar proyectos arquitectónicos desde la etapa conceptual hasta el desarrollo ejecutivo del proyecto, supervisar las etapas de diseños, preparar y revisar presentaciones asi como, garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones del proyecto.

Responsabilidades:

• Diseño y desarrollo de proyectos residenciales.

• Colaboración con el equipo de diseño y otros profesionales para garantizar la calidad y viabilidad de los proyectos.

• Elaboración de planos, modelos 3D y documentación técnica.

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura en Arquitectura, Diseño de Interiores.

• 5 años de experiencia en proyectos residenciales.

• Dominio de SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit y programas de renderizado.

• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
