PROGRAM MANAGER
REQUISITOS:
Licenciatura en ingeniería, negocios o campo relacionado (se prefiere Maestría).
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Program Maneger en diversos proyectos que NO sean de TI liderando proyectos o programas en una organización estructurada.
Elaboración y seguimiento de KPI´s.
Enfocado al detalle.
Elaboración, seguimiento y control presupuestal
Comprensión del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de productos, desde la concepción de la idea hasta la comercialización.
Buenas habilidades en gestión de proyectos, se prefiere certificación PMP.Dominio de herramientas y software de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de interactuar e influir efectivamente con los interesados a todos los niveles.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo e influencia, con la capacidad de motivar y guiar equipos multifuncionales hacia un objetivo común.
Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones, con una mentalidad proactiva y orientada a soluciones.
Experiencia trabajando con el metodologías Agiles
