Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Qlik Sense SaaS and advanced SQL development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable BI solutions, developing complex data models, and delivering insightful dashboards to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense SaaS.
Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
Design efficient data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into BI solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI applications.
Optimize Qlik load scripts and data transformations.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and data-related issues.
Follow best practices for BI development, security, and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense SaaS.
Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and performance tuning.
Experience in designing and maintaining data models (star/snowflake schema).
Hands-on experience with stored procedures and database objects.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Good to Have:
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure SQL, Redshift, etc.).
Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and data integration techniques.
Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
