YOUR ROLE
As Production Control Specialist on our team, you will: Execute, coordinate, analyze and update customer EDI demand volume and working plans for EDS plants in America. Act as contact to EDI volume global analysis/request.

Identify Risk and Opportunities to the operation, to activate reaction plans at plant level and Customer Claims in coordination to Commercial team.

Analyze, coordinate, and execute Customer Claims.

In your daily job you will:

  • Customer EDI demand volume Analysis for all plants in America.
  • Coordinate with sites and obtain root causes of customer volume variation. Identify risk and opportunities to activate reaction plans.
  • Coordinate customer claims with plants and commercial team.
  • Report out EDI volume to: Global, Corporate, local Finance, Americas Management.
  • Define EDI volume Guides for next Revenue Forecast submission

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Experience in Customer service area at automotive industry (5 years minimum)
  • Bachelors degree Logistics or related
  • English level advanced
  • Microsoft Office & Excel proficient
  • SAP EDI key transactions understanding
  • Revenue Forecast JAS file flow
  • Power BI / Qlik software as user
