Algunas de las responsabilidades a realizar:

  • Soporte para los Gerente de ventas para la elaboración y envió de cotizaciones, revisando disponibilidad de hospedaje, tarifa de acuerdo a temporada y necesidad, como también revisión de salas y áreas optimizando los puntos anteriores para maximizar la venta de otros grupos en las mismas fechas.
  • Manejo de los sistemas FOCUS CRM y OPERA CLOUD, Magnolia para Landing Pages, SAP CRM para solicitud y comprobación de gastos de Viajes, Herramienta Legal Service, Acceso y uso de Herramienta Get There.
  • Asiste como suplemente para las ausencias de los miembros del equipo, para cubrir las posiciones ausentes para que el departamento cubra todas sus funciones en tiempo y forma.
  • Elaboración y ejecución de visitas de inspecciones y Fam Trips en las propiedades.
  • Elaboración de contrato, maximizando las condiciones de los contratos, tales como las cláusulas de reducciones, cancelación y calendario de pagos.
  • Responsable de la elaboración de entregas de grupos confirmados a los distintos hoteles bajo el lineamiento establecido en cada propiedad.
  • Asistencia las reuniones semanales de Booking Party y hot prospect, revisando fechas de pagos, fechas blackouts, retrasos en pagos y envió de rooming list, en conjunto con área contable, reservaciones, grupos operaciones y Revenue Management.
  • Conocer, difundir y participar en los Programas de Seguridad e Higiene.
  • Responsable de recopilar la información de todos los hoteles de México para los reportes por segmento (semanal y mensual).
  • Manejo de conflictos de forma rápida y eficientemente y provee de arreglos alternativos de ser necesarios, calcula costos adicionales etc.
  • Apoyar, coordinar y dirigir los esfuerzos de Gerente de Ventas y ejecutivos para el cierre de sus negocios en los diferentes mercados a través de la elaboración de promociones y tarifas por segmento.

Perfil del puesto:

  • Administración Turística y Afines
  • Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado
  • Experiencia en Ventas Grupos con conocimiento de Relaciones Públicas, Marketing, Tour Operación, y Grupos, siempre con una filosofía de orientación a resultados y de servicio al cliente.
  • Conocimiento del área operativa de Grupos (no indispensable).
  • Manejo de sistemas hoteleros: INSIST, OPERA, DELPHI y/o SALESFORCE y paquetería: Word, Excel, Power point, Internet/ E-mails.
