Renovation Customer Service & Project Coordinator (Remote)

We are a home renovation company specializing in kitchens, cabinetry, and countertops. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support clients, schedule installations, and keep projects updated from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, communication, and managing tasks in a structured way.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients through email and messaging
  • Provide weekly updates on project status and next steps
  • Schedule measurements, installations, and service visits
  • Follow up with installers, vendors, and team members
  • Keep project information updated in our management app (Houzz Pro)
  • Review project details to verify accuracy and flag issues
  • Assist with small design corrections when needed (training provided)
  • Maintain organized timelines and ensure all parties stay on schedule

Requirements

  • Clear written communication in English (for client updates)
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience in renovation, kitchens, cabinets, construction, or related fields is helpful
  • Ability to learn new software (Houzz Pro, 2020, etc.)
  • Reliable and consistent full-time availability (Monday–Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10, $15,300.00 per month
