We are looking for a Senior Analyst Financial Control to act as a strategic business partner to IT & Digital leadership across the Americas.

The role:

The Senior Analyst Financial Control will lead advanced financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision support for IT & Digital operations across the Americas, ensuring alignment with global financial standards and business objectives.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Analyst Financial Control, you will:

• Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights through compelling storytelling and executive-level presentations.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across regional and global teams, influencing senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with international accounting standards and Nestlé's internal controls.
• Deliver high-impact financial reports and dashboards with precision and timeliness.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to capability building within the finance team.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital finance transformation.
• Act as a key contributor in global finance initiatives and strategic projects.

What will make you a great fit?

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-regional finance initiatives.
• Deep understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and financial governance.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset.
• Passion for IT & Digital, with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
