Buscamos un/a Head of Growth apasionado/a, creativo/a y con una fuerte mentalidad analítica para liderar la estrategia de crecimiento de Rappi en México. Esta persona será responsable de diseñar, ejecutar y escalar iniciativas que aceleren el crecimiento del negocio, apalancándose en todas las sub verticales de Rappi y con especial foco en los modelos de ultra velocidad: Turbo y Turbo Restaurantes.
Clave combinar la habilidad para analizar datos, entender el negocio, liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y ejecutar con excelencia. Esta posición reporta directamente al CMO y liderará los equipos de Trade Marketing y Branding, trabajando en conjunto con equipos crossfuncionales para impactar todas las palancas del crecimiento.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsabilidades principales
Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de crecimiento local en cada una de las regiones donde Rappi opera ejecutando con excelencia todas las palancas.
Liderar iniciativas 360° de adquisición, activación, retención y reactivación de usuarios.
Gestionar y optimizar el presupuesto de marketing y growth, asegurando eficiencia y rentabilidad en cada iniciativa.
Analizar data para generar hipótesis, diseñar experimentos y tomar decisiones informadas.
Coordinar campañas y lanzamientos junto a equipos de Brand, Trade y Performance.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en funnel, conversión y frecuencia de uso.
Colaborar con equipos regionales de producto, BI y comercial para acelerar resultados en el mercado local.
Motivar, desarrollar y liderar un equipo de alto rendimiento.

Qué buscamos en el perfil
+6 años de experiencia en roles de Growth, Marketing, Estrategia o Consultoría, idealmente en compañías de tecnología, e-commerce o consumo masivo.
Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando proyectos complejos de principio a fin.
Perfil fuertemente analítico, orientado a resultados y con visión de negocio.
Capacidad de ejecución ágil y mentalidad hands-on.
Creatividad para proponer nuevas ideas y espíritu emprendedor para llevarlas a la acción.
Excelente manejo de datos (Excel, SQL, herramientas de visualización tipo Looker/Tableau son un plus).
Conocimiento de modelos de growth loops, funnel de conversión, cohortes y métricas clave.
Experiencia gestionando presupuestos y priorizando recursos.
Nivel avanzado de inglés.
