Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mexico City, Mexico, for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and managing financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial data, and generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Tasks include tracking company performance metrics, developing detailed financial reports, evaluating business opportunities, and identifying cost-saving initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to successfully supporting management in achieving financial goals and driving long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Advanced Analytical Skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Finance, including the ability to generate and interpret complex financial reports
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software tools such as Excel and financial planning platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA/CPA designation is preferred
  • Experience in real estate investment or multifamily property management is a plus
