Title and Summary

Director, Financial Planning & AnalysisOverview
We are seeking a highly skilled and intellectually curious Director of Finance Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function for the North LAC division. As a strategic partner to the VP, Finance Business Partner, this role is critical in driving high-quality business cases, advanced financial modeling, and data-driven insights that shape strategic outcomes across the region.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial rigor and a deep curiosity about the business—understanding how products work, how pricing is structured, and how decisions translate into financial impact. You thrive in ambiguity, ask the right questions, and transform complex topics into clear, actionable recommendations. Assertive, structured, and detail-oriented, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while building and maintaining modeling infrastructure, standardizing processes, and elevating the quality, speed, and transparency of decision-making. Your leadership will drive financial discipline and provide senior stakeholders with the insights needed to deliver sustainable growth across North LAC.

Role
Key Responsibilities includes:
1. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Partner with business units to align financial goals with corporate strategy.
2. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports, including variance analysis and executive dashboards.
Provide actionable insights on revenue, expense trends, and profitability drivers.
3. Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Products experts, VASS, Controllership, regional FP&A team members, Business Excellence) to support decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives.
4. Process Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency in reporting and planning processes. Implement best practices for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
5. Leadership: Manage and mentor FP&A team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.

All About You
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuary, Engineering, or related field;
2. Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partner, strategic finance or sales excellence.
3. Background in the payments industry is desirable.
4. Advanced financial modeling skills and expert-level Excel proficiency.
5. Have had demonstrable success in working in a highly matrixed environment and influencing a wide range of stakeholders
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
