Estamos en búsqueda de un Consultor de Gestión del Cambio,
especialista en gestión de proyectos de adopción tecnológica y de desarrollo cultural.

El
Consultor de Gestión del Cambio
analiza, diseña y desarrolla diversos materiales de comunicación y capacitación que facilitan el entendimiento de las personas involucradas en procesos de adopción e implementación de tecnología.

Esta es una oportunidad de trabajo en
modalidad híbrida en San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León
(indispensable vivir en el Estado).

Perfil:

  • Experiencia en proyectos de Gestión del Cambio, especialmente en iniciativas de adopción tecnológica y/o transformación cultural.
  • Dominio de
    metodologías de gestión del cambio
    (ADKAR, Kotler, otras)
  • Proactividad, creatividad y gusto por colaborar en entornos dinámicos.
  • Capacidad de relacionamiento con stakeholders clave en procesos de transformación cultural o tecnológica.
  • Sólida experiencia en la
    gestión de proyectos;
    y diseño y ejecución de soluciones de comunicación, capacitación y acompañamiento al cambio.

Principales responsabilidades (no limitativas):

  • Elaboración de estrategias e iniciativas de Change Management tales como evaluación de audiencias, estudios de disposición al cambio, talleres de sensibilización, diseño de soluciones, presentaciones de resultados
  • Generación de acercamientos y aplicación de pulsos de medición para evaluar el comportamiento de la audiencia con la evolución del proyecto y proponer iniciativas que faciliten la transición y los compromisos con el cambio
  • Seguimiento a estrategia de capacitación: diseño y revisión de materiales de capacitación (e-learnings, infografías, manuales, y otros), diseño de dinámica para fortalecer el conocimiento, generación de encuesta de satisfacción, seguimiento a sesiones de retroalimentación y lecciones aprendidas
  • Seguimiento a los avances de los proyectos a través de sesiones SCRUM
