At GOLDCO, we are looking for a Strategy and Corporate Finance Consultant to drive high-impact financial and strategic projects, supporting key decisions that will shape the growth and transformation of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support companies in the process of preparing a strategic plan in the short, medium and long term
  • Lead and manage approaches with clients
  • Support in the development of work plans and project scopes
  • Financial evaluation of strategic initiatives (entry into new markets, purchase of assets, optimization of product portfolio) based on key indicators (IRR, VPN, Pay Back, ROE)
  • Support in structure and design of financial models for business valuation.
  • Support in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes from the valuation stage to the integration process
  • Advice to Venture Capital funds / private investors in the process of capital allocation and risk management

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • +3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, with C-suite exposure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and quantitative analysis.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools.
