Objetivo

Asegurar que los procesos de producción fluyan sin retrasos, que haya visibilidad clara de cargas y capacidades, y que toda la operación (corte–maquila–empacado) esté sincronizada con las fechas de entrega al cliente.

Experiencia

Idealmente, alguien que ya haya trabajado en:

  • Empresas de moda, confección o manufactura textil.
  • Puestos como planeador de producción, coordinador de operaciones, supply planner, master scheduler o PPC (Production Planning & Control).

2. Conocimientos técnicos

Debe dominar:

  • Planificación de carga y capacidad (corte, maquileros, bordado/estampado si aplica).
  • Control de inventarios (telas, avíos, terminado).
  • Ruteo de órdenes de producción.
  • ERP / MRP: saber alimentarlo y extraer reportes.
  • Análisis de tiempos estándar y eficiencia (no nivel ingeniería, pero sí práctico).
  • Excel intermedio–avanzado.

3. Habilidades clave

  • Orden y seguimiento impecable.
  • Capacidad para anticiparse a problemas.
  • Comunicación con maquileros clara y firme.
  • Capacidad analítica para convertir datos en decisiones.
  • Trabajo bajo presión sin perder precisión.

  • Criterio para tomar decisiones sin estar preguntando todo.
  • Mentalidad de mejora continua.

Responsabilidades del puestoPlanificación y programación

  • Crear y mantener el calendario maestro de producción.
  • Asignar cargas a maquileros según capacidades y tiempos de entrega.
  • Asegurar que las OPs estén listas para corte y salida.

Control de materiales

  • Validar disponibilidad de tela y avíos antes de liberar producción.
  • Coordinar reabastecimientos con compras.

Gestión con maquileros

  • Dar salidas claras (cantidades / fechas / especificaciones).
  • Llevar control de entradas, retrasos y productividad.
  • Revisar cuellos de botella y proponer ajustes.

ERP y reportes

  • Registrar y actualizar estatus de órdenes.
  • Generar KPIs: cumplimiento, eficiencia, tiempos muertos, atrasos.
  • Mantener el sistema ordenado y confiable para dirección.

Mejora de procesos

  • Estandarizar flujos de información.
  • Proponer mejoras para reducir tiempos y errores.
  • Implementar checklists y controles visuales.
