About the role: They are seeking a talented D2C Marketing & Advertising Account Manager/Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing the client portfolio, streamlining operations, and driving business growth through sustained client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing and account management professional adept at using digital tools to enhance company strategy and performance.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary contact for clients.Create weekly reports for a client baseFoster strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure frequent communication.Support our tailored digital strategies for clients, considering their unique needs.Propose, design, and execute digital projects to boost client ROI.Address client inquiries promptly and effectively.Manage ongoing client projects and deliverablesTrack and manage active projects in ClickUpMonitor and report on web and marketing performance metrics.Maintain client communications, schedule calls,Maintain client folders and reporting

What You Need

2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role.2+ years in Digital Marketing. Ideally, with a marketing agency.Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords + Analytics.Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).Familiarity with additional marketing tech tools like Motion, Replo, and Foreplay. etc.Strong client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills.Outstanding organizational skills and project management ability.Ability to handle client scheduling, project intake, onboarding, and other client interactions efficientlyUpdate weekly reporting agendasSchedule callsManage task completion in ClickUp and Slack by internal/external experts andProject ManagerSending recap emails and client commsStatus check on the reporting documentsSupport onboarding new clientsSupport onboarding new services for active clientsMost of this will happen in Clickup, Google Slides, Notion, and SlackThey will also need to be proficient in comprehending:Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo, etc.

Salary & Perks

Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time,  long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.
