Excited to orchestrate HR Tech projects at a regional scale, transform processes, and elevate the end-user experience across the Americas? At ALS, we're hiring a Workday Analyst – Americas to drive implementation and continuous-improvement initiatives in partnership with teams in Mexico, Colombia, the U.S., and Canada.
YourImpact- Join the ALS Americas regional team coordinating HR projects: Workday implementation, payroll system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements (data gathering, testing, site coordination, training, vendor management).
- Centralize, harmonize, and standardize processes while producing clear end-user documentation.
- Collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations in a global, shared services environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree/Engineering (field open; experience weighs more).
- Languages: Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Tech & HR: Strong Excel; hands-on knowledge of Workday (preferred), SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM; payroll systems (e.g., ADP or others); experience in system testing and training is a plus.
- Key experience: Vendor management, working with global teams, internal-customer focus (shared services/help desk), and end-user documentation.
- Soft skills: Proactive consolidation/centralization mindset, remote collaboration, strong communication, and results orientation.
- 100% remote role with flexible schedule in the Americas time zones.
- High-impact regional projects in People Tech.
