About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer with solid knowledge in Python and Java to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to real-world projects while expanding their technical skills in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, depending on experience and performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Python and Java
  • Work across both front-end and back-end components
  • Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and product teams
  • Assist in debugging, testing, and improving application performance
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
  • Contribute to documentation and project planning

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a software developer
  • Knowledge of full-stack development (front-end & back-end)
  • Proficiency in Python and Java
  • Understanding of databases, REST APIs, and Git workflows
  • Bilingual (English–Spanish) – required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to grow and learn new technologies

Nice to Have (Plus):

  • Experience with frameworks like Django, Spring, React, Angular, or
  • Cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
