Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for outbound lead generation. This is a performance-driven role focused on booking qualified meetings through cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume cold calls daily
- Send structured cold emails with follow-ups
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, messages, follow-ups)
- Qualify leads and book meetings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
Required Experience
- Proven experience in cold calling
- Hands-on experience with cold emailing
- Experience using LinkedIn for outbound sales
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable handling rejection and objections
- Results-focused and disciplined
