We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our high-energy sales team. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people, this could be your opportunity to shine
**Description**: As an SDR, you will play a vital role in driving our sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers.
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives to develop effective sales strategies.
- Conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential leads and client interactions.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Previous experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in sales and a passion for building relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
- Proactive and driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
