El practicante dará soporte al área de Nóminas en actividades administrativas y operativas relacionadas con el cálculo de nómina, control de incidencias, atención al personal y cumplimiento de procesos ante instituciones gubernamentales.

¿Cuáles serán tus actividades?

  • Apoyo en el control y registro de incidencias salariales (vacaciones, ausencias, incapacidades, etc.)
  • Elaboración y actualización de reportes e informes del área.
  • Archivo y control de documentación relacionada con nómina.
  • Apoyo en trámites ante instituciones como IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT y SAT.
  • Atención y servicio interno al personal de planta y oficina.
  • Colaboración en actividades administrativas asignadas por el área.

Requisitos:

  • Ser estudiante activo de nivel universitario (6° semestre en adelante) de las carreras:
  • Contaduría
  • Administración
  • Finanzas
  • Conocimiento básico en procesos de nómina.
  • Manejo de Excel.
  • Ganas de aprender, responsabilidad y actitud de servicio.
