Responsable de la calidad, desempeño y expansión de la red logística de Rappi Turbo en México, esto incluye las operaciones en los centros de distribución y transporte.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Lo que te hará exitoso:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio requeridos en los centros de distribución con el objetivo de tener el surtido completo y a tiempo en las tiendas de Turbo.

  • Construir y ejecutar las acciones que nos permitan la excelencia operacional de todos los procesos logísticos semana tras semana. 

  • Asegurar un fill rate picking y fill rate delivery superior al 98%.

  • Asegurar una asertividad del 99.5% del inventario en bodegas.

  • Construir e implementar en conjunto con los 3PLs y demás áreas de negocio las acciones para controlar y minimizar las pérdidas y/o desviaciones de producto.

  • Construir en conjunto con los 3PLs las estrategias y acciones que permitan asegurar el crecimiento del negocio con estándares de calidad en operación necesarios.

  • Construir e implementar las estrategias de optimización de transporte.

  • Liderar las negociaciones y/o renegociaciones requeridas que permitan optimizar los costos logísticos.

Lo que necesitas:

  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en roles asociados a logística y gerenciamiento de operaciones.

  • Experiencia en proceso de planeación, conciliación y control de inventarios.

  • Experiencia liderando procesos de documentación, entrenamiento y aseguramiento de la calidad.

  • Experiencia liderando negociaciones de operaciones y transporte tercerizados.

  • Excel avanzado.

  • Atención al detalle, organización y capacidades analíticas.

  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, gestión de stakeholders e influencia a los demás.
