Como Turbo Commercial Manager, serás responsable de liderar el crecimiento comercial de nuestra operación de Turbo, desarrollando e implementando estrategias que impulsen la adquisición de nuevos partners, la expansión del portafolio de productos (SKUs) y la maximización de ingresos. Este rol requiere un líder estratégico con mentalidad emprendedora, habilidades analíticas y experiencia en escalar negocios de alto impacto en entornos dinámicos.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial para expandir Turbo en su mercado asignado.

Identificar, negociar e incorporar nuevos partners clave (retailers, CPGs, marcas locales).

Aumentar la cantidad de SKUs y optimizar el portafolio para mejorar la propuesta de valor al cliente.

Analizar métricas de negocio (P&L, márgenes, crecimiento de ingresos) para garantizar una operación rentable y escalable.

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de operaciones, marketing y producto para impulsar iniciativas comerciales.

Liderar negociaciones estratégicas y construir relaciones sólidas con stakeholders internos y externos.

Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y ejecutar planes para capturar market share.

Experiencia de +5 años en roles comerciales, de estrategia o desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en startups, tech companies o retail.

Background como ex-founder o en entornos de alto crecimiento es un plus.

Capacidad comprobada para liderar negociaciones complejas y manejar relaciones estratégicas.

Sólido conocimiento de métricas financieras y operacionales (manejo de P&L, márgenes, KPIs).

Habilidades analíticas excepcionales y enfoque en toma de decisiones basadas en data.

Mentalidad hands-on, emprendedora y orientada a resultados.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
