General Functions
- Release of Manufacturing Processes and/or Tools in time. Comply with PPAP dates.
- Planning and Quotation of new projects and/or businesses.
- Participation in flow chart in manufacturing processes.
- Develop manufacturing systems for new products that meet the quality required by the client and demonstrating the capacity of the process with its PPAP. 1)Design review 2)Construction supervision 3)Function validation 4)Documentation. Provide and promote a safe work environment complying with safety guidelines, carry out the machinery purchasing process: 1) Obtain funds 2) Specification for new processes 3) Request quotes 4) Participate in the supplier selection process 5) Obtain PO and supplier.
- Start and implement manufacturing systems that comply with the guidelines established in BOP, DFM, MSD.
- Participate in plant metrics meetings. Develop improvement projects that have an impact on OEE, Scrap, Safety, Cost Reduction
- Support in Customer Complaints
- Design of Electrical Diagrams of manufacturing processes.
- Preparation of work methods.
