Your position
Role
As a
Molds supervisor.
, you will report directly to the
Head of Maintenance & Molds Ramos
and play an integral role in the team. You will:

  • Make Assembly drawings (projects).
  • Quotation and management of new projects.
  • Control and monitoring of KPI´s
  • Expense Control.
  • SAP spare parts inventory control
  • Mold Sequence Management
  • Supervision of mold assembly

Your profile
The Mold Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the molds for refractory bricks manufacturing are ready. And that they meet safety, quality, and productivity standards during assembly. They also manage spare parts inventories and ensure the department's ongoing improvement.

  • Fluent in SPANISH and ENGLISH
  • The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong analytical capabilities and a critical mindset to challenge data, improve processes, and ensure the highest standards.
  • Production planning follow-up
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Education And Professional Background

  • Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineer
  • 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment

Technical and Core Competencies

  • Continuous improvement tools
  • Expertise in SAP is a must
  • Inventory management.
  • Leadership role high
  • Management of personnel
  • Strong Experience in Autocad , Solid Works & Inventor software.
  • Safety management thinking
