Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Tech Mahindra está buscando agentes Telefónicos de servicio al cliente con experiencia en call center para una de las empresas de telecomunicaciones más grandes de EE UU.

Actividades:

Voice: Sales, Troubleshooting y Cross selling.

Requerimientos:

    • 6 meses de experiencias en call center bilingüe (Lunes a Domingo con dos descansos entre semana)
  • Nivel avanzado de ingles conversacional
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo completo. Ventana de servicio de 08:00 a 21:00 hrs. (solo se cubren 8 hrs de trabajo)
  • Escolaridad Bachillerato o High school (se requiere diploma o certificado)

Ingreso: 20 y 27 de noviembre de 2025

Sitio ubicado en Tecnoparque Azcapotzalco, CDMX

  • Actividad:
  • Presencial, Jornada Lunes a Sábado con descansos fijo dos entre semana de 08:00 a 21:00 hrs. (ventana de servicio)
  • Programa de capacitación: de 8:00 AM a 17:00 PM
  • Lunes viernes, una vez en Nesting será lunes a Domingo con descansos entre semana.

Ofrecemos:

    • Salario base de $ 18,599 MXN promedio mensual. Considerando pago por Hora de $107.14 MXN
  • Jornada Laboral completa
