Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently using the company's workflow tools.
  • Manage invoice and payment priorities based on vendor terms to ensure timely payments, including urgent requests.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders in the company system.
  • Verify that all required information and approvals are complete and correct.
  • Review supplier documents to ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform reconciliations by checking entries and comparing system reports to identify and correct errors.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting
    or related field.
  • Strong communication skills in
    English
    , both written and spoken.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) such as SAP, Softland, Servipag, etc.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
