About The Role
The Senior Manager drives operational excellence and leads payroll transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing innovative solutions, new technologies, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability understanding payroll operations.
What you'll do
- Lead payroll transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, implement new technologies, and drive automation across payroll operations.
- Proven ability to analyze and redesign payroll processes, leveraging technology and automation to drive operational transformation and efficiency.
- Deep understanding of payroll operations and compliance, with experience implementing scalable solutions that optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Expertise in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and HRIS integration, with a track record of leading system upgrades, migrations, or automation projects.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change management initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align payroll transformation strategies with business objectives and operational needs. Communicate transformation goals and progress to leadership and relevant teams.
- Create change management plans to support smooth transitions. Develop training materials and conduct sessions for payroll staff and stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong foundation in process analysis and transformation methodologies.
- At least 10 years of experience leading process transformation initiatives, preferably within payroll or HR operations, including the design and implementation of automation solutions.
- Advanced communication skills to effectively champion payroll transformation projects, train teams on new technologies and processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Deep knowledge in payroll operations
- Conversational Business English, Advanced
- Open to relocate if business requires
