Consultor de Soporte Oracle EPM Cloud con enfoque a FCCS e Integraciones con SAP

Skills (funcional y técnico):


• Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS) – configuración, reglas, dimensiones, consolidaciones.


• Integraciones con SAP / ERP – comprensión general de flujo contable y datos de balanza.


• EPMAgent y Data Management (DM) –conexión, carga, validación y troubleshooting.


• Smart View / Excel Add-in – soporte a usuarios, troubleshooting de conexión.


• My Oracle Support (MOS) – gestión de SRs, escalaciones y parches.

Actividades clave:

  1. Funcional


• Analizar y resolver incidencias de consolidación, jerarquías, entidades y conversiones de moneda.


• Atender requerimientos de usuarios finales

  1. Técnica


• Monitorear y mantener operativo el EPMAgent y sus integraciones con SAP


• Levantar y dar seguimiento a SRs en My Oracle Support (MOS)

  1. Documentación y gobernanza:

Registrar y documentar tickets en ServiceNow conforme a los estándares Vitro


• Participar en reuniones operativas.
