Job Summary
The Business Analysis Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives within the Transportation and Logistics domain. With a focus on CX-Scrum Master methodologies the candidate will lead business analysis and planning efforts to optimize operations. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 12 years of experience ensuring seamless collaboration across teams during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of business analysis strategies to enhance operational efficiency within the Transportation and Logistics domain.
  • Oversee the application of CX-Scrum Master methodologies to ensure agile project management and delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance in business analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities.
  • Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support new initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of business analysis activities with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement best practices in business analysis to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Utilize domain expertise in Transportation and Logistics to provide tailored solutions to industry-specific challenges.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance business performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in CX-Scrum Master methodologies and agile project management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis and planning with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Have extensive experience in the Transportation and Logistics domain understanding industry-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
