Scrum master

Required Skills:

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Agile principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
  • Proven ability to coach teams and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or equivalent Agile certification.
