We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer / Technical Consultant who can configure applications on our customer platform (Veoci).
Veoci is a powerful
no-code application development platform
on which customized applications can be created rapidly. Imagine analyzing a process and understanding the flow and data structures, then digitizing it for use without coding. The solution is built on the Veoci platform via its
point-and-click web interface
. A strong candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse group of people from different backgrounds and be able to listen to their needs so then translate those needs to the software.
*Position based anywhere in Mexico (Remote).
Responsibilities
- Conducting client discovery calls to gather client requirements.
- Designing, developing, deploying, and testing solutions for clients.
- Providing on-going support, professional services, and consulting to clients.
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients by responding to help desk calls and tickets.
- Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions for clients.
- Deliver platform demonstrations for sales prospects.
- Working with clients and the development team to identify platform bugs and enhancements.
Required skills

- Exceptional presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
Preferred skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as follows direction/instruction, as warranted
- Knowledge to develop in HTML, CSS
- Knowledge to work with RESTful APIs and other web services
- Proven ability to quickly learn all aspects of technical software product
- Desire to learn new technologies and proactive ness
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-organizationally with a diverse team
Education:
- B.S. or B.A. degree
- Preferred majors:
Business Management related, Industrial Engineer, Engineering, Computer Science.
