The Wholesale Intern will be responsible to support Dealer Development with activities that maintain control of the administrative processes, reporting, as well as the follow-up and validation of documentation.

The Wholesale Department is responsible for developing and maintaining the commercial relationship with GM's Dealer network, attending financing, product, plans & administration services requests.

Location: Monterrey, NL.

Time availability: At least 25 hours per week.

  • Responsible to update Wholesale's Credit File, which is used to save documentation of Dealer's credit line establishments & renewals.
  • Elaboration of weekly and monthly reports, to support Dealer Development's team to maintain proper follow up of insurance policies, securities, etc.
  • Administrative tasks such as update of SharePoint sites, following up on the receipt of documents sent by the Dealer network, and sharing updates of progress to Account Managers.
  • Generation of Credit Bureau reports & research in World Compliance.

  • Occasionally, tasks that require financial analysis may be requested to support the Account Managers.

  • Active student of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields. (With at least 1 year left prior to graduation).

  • 25 hours of time availability weekly. (4-5 hours daily)
  • To be 1 year (or more) away from graduation.
  • Advanced English skills both written and verbal.
  • Administration and financial analysis skills - desirable
  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Customer centric skills
  • Planning & Organizing skills
