IVEMSA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a key administrative support role at Voltaris

Main Responsibilities:

  • Calculation of Pre-Payroll and employee incidents
  • Coordination of visitor preparation activities
  • Weekly invoicing review
  • Plant reception and front-desk duties
  • Local MRO purchases
  • Management of Petty Cash and Corporate Purchasing Card
  • Assistance with travel requests when needed

Experiencia y requisitos

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or HR support roles within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  • Experience managing pre-payroll calculations, petty cash, and local purchasing processes.
  • Prior experience coordinating plant visitors, travel logistics, and vendor payments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with ERP or payroll systems (TRESS is a must).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and service-minded attitude.

Language:

  • English 85%
